How do I sign up?

To create an account, simply click on ‘My Account’ on the header menu. If you are using a mobile device, click on the drop down menu to select ‘My Account.’

Simply enter your email address and password under registration.

How do I place my order?

I've made a payment but have not received a confirmation email and my order is still on hold, why?

This issue happens quite often. If you send an interact email payment to us, but have no received a confirmation email AND your order is still on hold, it can be one of two things:

  1. Give it a few hours, or contact us via live chat. Its possible that your order has not been processed by the Buy My Bud team yet. Any orders placed after 8:00 PM PST will be processed the next day by noon.
  2. OR chances are your payment has not made it through. It happens often that we just did not receive. Often time our email is spelled wrong. Please check the spelling of our email, it should be [email protected]
  3. If all the above check out, then you must check with your online banking. It can be an issue on your banking end.

Do you guys sell seeds and/or clones?

Unfortunately, we do not sell any seeds or clones.

Do you guys sell bulk and/or wholesale?

Yes we sell in bulk and/or whole sale. The units you see in our shop are the amounts we currently sell at.

However, we may look into selling in higher volumes, contact us via live chat or email [email protected]

What happened to all the chocolate edibles?

Due to the hot summer, some of our chocolate products have been melting in the packages. At Buy My Bud, we want to assure all our customers receive our products with no lost integrity.

However, if you really want this product, and willing to take the risk, contact us via live chat to make an arrangement.

When will I receive my order?

We ship through Canada Post with Express shipping. Your order should arrive 2-4 business days from when you order.

However, Canada Post does not operate during the weekends. If you place your order anytime within Thursday and Sunday, you won’t receive your package until Monday or Tuesday. We apologize for the inconvenience. It is out of our control.

We recommend you order between Monday – Wednesday to receive it within the same week.

How much is shipping?

We do not control the cost of shipping, it varies depending on where you live. The further you are from British Columbia, the more expensive. On average, shipping is between $19 – $28. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Where is my order?

Feel free to track your order via with the tracking number we provided to you on your confirmation email.

We do guarantee a replacement order if your package gets confiscated. This means, if your package says its currently still in delivery, but its been days – we assume its been confiscated and will send you a new order free of charge.

However, if the tracking states that the package has been successfully delivered, we are not liable for completed shipments. We will not be sending new packages on successful deliveries.

How is my order packaged?

All of our orders are packed 100% discreet, then vacuum sealed airtight, and in a shipping envelope with discreet mailing instructions. There is no sign of cannabis-related products on our mailing packages.

My vape pen is not working, what do I do?

If you have purchased a brand new 510 twist vape pen and HERA cartridge, please take the following steps to activate it;

  1. Twist on your HERA cartridge to the battery.
  2. Click the power button 5 times until the green light is on.
  3. Hold the button when inhaling. You may need to take a few puffs to get it started.
